The top photo is our front yard in Tempe. The bottom photo is a neighbor's front yard. We've had to mow the front yard three times since July 20th thanks to flood irrigation. The neighbor just gets to be awe inspired by completely xeric cacti.It's not fair, nor is it sane. Grass grows in Kentucky. In the Sonoran, do as the Sonorans do.
